Picking out a home and home builder can be a nerve-racking experience. Last summer, my wife and I set out to find our family home. We visited countless communities and models and read as much literature on home buying as we could. We came across the Tricoast model home in the Lago Mar community and fell in love with its beautifully designed facade. We immediately scheduled a walk through and we’re equally enamored with the inside. It’s modest yet spacious and upscale look had us sold. We got the process started as soon as we could and Angelina, our design consultant and sales representative, scheduled our design meeting. Angelina was amazing to us. She handled our requests and ideas wonderfully, while also patiently and caringly navigated through our ever expanding wants, wishes and change of hearts. She was always available for a quick response or to let us know that she would get back to me as soon as she had an answer. (which she always did)! Once the groundbreaking began, we met with the Construction Manager Landon and his team to give an overview of all the details and and what to expect in the coming months. As time passed, it was exhilarating to witness the progress. It is difficult to describe the joy and pride you feel as you watch your dream home being built. It was an experience I hope to remember forever. Landon and his team were wonderful. They were always a phone call away to answer any questions and give in person updates and address any concerns we might have. Overall, I have no idea where life will take me over the course of my professional career. But, wherever I go, I wish I could pick this home up and move it with me. It’s truly one of a kind and beautiful!

I honestly don't know where to begin because Tricoast has truly exceeded our expectations. Going through a build process for the first time was something we were worried about because of all the horror stories you hear but that is definitely not the case with Tricoast AT ALL…They truly put time and effort into each piece that is happening as if it is their own home that they are building. I cannot recommend them enough because I feel like we definitely lucked out when it came to using this builder.

Tricoast Homes is not only a BEAUTIFUL builder, but the people that represent them are even more great!... We are first-time homebuyers, so naturally, we had so many questions. Our sales rep, [guided] us along the way until our home closed in September 2023. We felt supported, encouraged, and overall excited and confident during this home-building/buying process. If you are interested in buying our building home and don't know where to start, I implore you to look at Tricoast Homes…From the beautifully aesthetic designs of their houses to the people, you will absolutely not be disappointed!!..

[Our Sales Counselor] was extremely welcoming and passionate about their product, explaining all the details of the beautiful model home. [They] insisted on showing us this beautiful house (now we call home) and the remainder of the houses we saw (outside of Tricoast) simply did not compare.  We opted for an inspection and came back with a clean bill of health. Our Tricoast was built to near perfection. [The Construction Manager] meticulously explained all the inner workings of the house during our walkthroughs and addressed any concerns or questions. Overall, our experience with Tricoast has been seamless and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their dream home!
